Hey guys!
Sorry for my sort of absence this week, I have been really busy, just joined a new gym and so I get to the end of each day completly exhausted! For that reason I though it would be a good idea to have set dates for my posts!
The "Weekly Goals" segment will be released every Sunday and I'll also post on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Of course it's possible I release some bonus posts here and there, but this is going to be the main schedule for this blog!
